I have bought this brand 3 times now. I put 2 drops on a cotton ball sitting in a dry water bottle lid a short distance from my cpap intake every night. Dont use too much. More is not better. Nevet put essential oils in your humidifier water or on the air filter! Its just enough to help me relax without bothering my dogs or my husband. I've been doing this for a long time. I replace the lid and cotton ball once or twice a week. The essential oil cpap kits are sooooo expensive and my method works just as good. Make sure you aren't allergic to lavender before trying this.
