We have been struggling with shifting toilet seats since 2011 when we remodeled. I had bought 3 different seats, and finally gave up. Then the last one broke. ThisSeat does not shift when you sit on it. Very happy customer.

I ordered this because our toilet is a Gerber and I thought this would be a perfect fit. The one that was replaced was heavy wood and the finish was terribly stained. When this arrived, I was shocked at how cheap it felt in comparison. Family was coming in for Christmas, so I had hubby install right away. When the lid is up, it doesn’t look like it fits the shape of the toilet but when closed, it looks really nice. It has features that I like compared to the heavy wood seat. All in all, it is a good seat. Sturdy, easy to remove and clean. Price wise, I feel it was a little pricey for plastic. I do hope it will last and pay for itself over time.

It’s a little more lite weight than I expected, but so far it’s held up. The slow lid down feature is nice, no more banging the lid.
