About 1/4 of the gummies were melted onto the inside of the bottle. ***UPDATE: seller issued refund, amended my review to 5 stars for excellent customer service. I do order these gummies on a regular basis and have not had other issues.

I like the taste of these but they do have a slight fish oily taste but it's minor.If you've ever taken fish oil pills, you know sometimes they are hard to swallow.With these, they are basically, gummies with a sweeter taste and a slight fishy smell and taste as well.After all, they are fish oil gummies so the taste is to be expected.As far as the amount of fish oil your body will actually get because they are gummies may vary quite a bit compared to swallowing actual huge fish oil pills, in my opinion.I'm not a Dr but I did take several classes on dietetics and nutrition and found food is the best source for many vitamins and minerals but when you need a substitute, these are tasteful and I personally like them.I like to believe they are doing the job intended so I would recommend, trying these to see for yourself if they are for you.

Quality
I have been taking these for years I usually get in the US at an average price of $10 -$12 per bottle so price here is a little high. However going to the US now is not an option.

Too much sugar
Taste isn't great. Good size and gummies stay fresh without hardening but they are coated in sugar crystals and I find that offputting as most of us are trying to cut our sugar intake.
