I have been taking these for many months and I do feel better. I was taking just B vitamins and then was told to take B complex and I will continue to take. Easy to swallow and cost is reasonable.

I think these are improving my energy level. I havent been taking them that long so it’s hard to tell. They are easy to swallow and don’t have a gross taste. I would definitely take after eating something, vitamins on an empty stomach make me nauseous. I also feel like my nails have been growing while on these. Oh and don’t be alarmed if it looks like you peed out a highlighter!

These are effective and boosted my energy well enough that I can't take them at night. Have not done a blood test to see how much of a difference there is, but I can feel it.You need to know that these dusty tablets smell strongly of the debris on the bottom of cereal boxes/bags, which makes me think that the fortification that goes into cereal makes cereal taste and smell like B vitamins.
