I bought this because of how clean the ingredients are. So many products have crazy and terrible ingredients that are not good with you. I do tweek it to my liking. The pancakes are a little thicker than I would like it to be. They do have a bland taste by itself. I do add a little bit more water or milk to thin the batter out. Simply because, I don't want my pancakes to be that thick based on the directions. I will add 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract and a tablespoon of 100% maple syrup and it's perfect. If you are looking for a healthier alternative for pancakes, this is a great choice. You will have to add water or milk, eggs, and oil based on the instructions on the back and tweek it for your taste, but it is so worth compared to all the other ready made pancake mixes.

I have not tested every mix but I have tried quite a few mixes. I do mix it a little thinner than the recipe calls for and I also let it sit after mixing for 10 minutes or so to let it rise. It makes super fluffy packages and very nice waffles.

First and foremost...All 3 of my felines loved this food right away. Each one straight nose dived into their respective bowls as soon as this food was placed there. Only issue is that when I opened the Bolo Prime box 1/3 of the food had already spilled out. It looks like the seal at the top of the food bag is awfully flimsy. My best guess is that the food bag had been upside down with the other weighted items in my order (2 containers of protein powder) leaning on it then eventually the weakly constructed seal on the food bag fell apart during delivery. Subtracted 2 stars for that reason

This pancake mix is very tasty as pancakes or waffles. There’s a recipe for blueberry muffins on the box, which I made and were delicious. Of course I added a little coconut oil to batter. Enjoy!

I searched every local grocer in our community looking for buckwheat pancake and waffle mix to no avail. I wanted to share with my boys a taste I enjoyed as a child. I found maple groves farms on Bolo and decided to give it a try, hoping it would be good since I had to buy it in a lot of six. It was wonderful, in fact, family and friends devoured pancakes made from a full box of mix the very first morning! I would highly recommend this brand.
