The media could not be loaded. It took a couple months to know it was working. My stylist noticed without me saying anything! Each bottle is a month of product. I have not missed many applications because I love having my hair back!

Will not continue the use of this product. It is the consistency of water, so no matter how careful you are in applying it runs down your forehead. I am afraid of it getting into my eye. Not worth the risk, it should be more of a serum. I tried holding the dropper upside down till over the part, but it still runs down quickly.
