I have these traps set up in strategic spots all over my house. Not a fan of spiders and these work great!One thing to note, and for most people it's not an issue. They are peanut butter scented. (Says you can use them to catch mice, but I use them for spiders.) If you or a loved one are allergic to peanuts I'm not sure if they would cause a reaction. I didn't see that at first when I bought them. My child is allergic to peanuts but having them in the room does not cause a reaction. So chemical scent not "real"? If you have a severe allergy maybe check with manufacturer.

The one I left in the garage floor and caught some insects from time to time. However, the one I left on the front porch lost the glueing ability quickly. I am guessing direct sun exposure is the reason.So make sure you don’t leave this under the sun.
