Easy to install and works great. It doesn’t come with any hardware such as screws so make sure you have some prepared. Requires four screws.The roll is designed to just sit on the bottom of the dispenser. It doesn’t stay suspended like a typical toilet paper roll. Design works well. Easy to refill and install. Very simplistic.To open, it uses a plastic key that they provide two of.

We bought 7 of these for our church. They replaced a proprietary brand that could only dispense their paper toweling at 3 times the price per roll as standard toweling rolls. The reduced paper toweling cost will pay the cost of these dispensers off in 14 months. It is smooth and easy to load. Our staff loves the towel advancing lever knob. They can use elbow, forearm, wrist, side of hand and never have to touch the lever with their wet fingers/hand.

I've bought several of these to replace the built-in ones at our church building. I've haven't had one jam yet. They operate and load easy without the center bar that most others have. Just drop the roll in, pull the paper down between the rollers and go. The plastic construction seems a little light for heavy abuse places like schools, but for the price they are easily replaceable.
Works Fantasic For Our Customer Washroom
This dispenser is installed in our automotive shop washroom. We use the 800' tork universal paper towel rolls in it. Even though this dispenser is consistently being used; we have never had any problems with the lever or it jamming up. If your looking for something durable and reliable to distribute a larger roll of paper towels, I would recommend this one.

I was worried by some of the negative reviews, but I've installed this in my workplace bathroom and "so far, so good". It works nicely, the lever isn't flimsy, and the paper towel dispenses nicely. The only issue I had was that I put the paper towel roll "upside down" (it has to feed from the bottom, not the top) and so I jammed it at first. But just flip the paper towel roll and it works well. (I use brown kraft paper towel roll, and it's a pretty large roll). Installation wasn't the smoothest for me, because I didn't have the right tools. I'd recommend using drywall anchors if you're putting this just into drywall, which requires more than a basic screwdriver. Other than that, easy installation, just 5 screws (make sure you have the correct ones though; the screw holes are bigger than I was expecting so you need a screw with a larger head than the ones I had.)
Easy
This product was easy to install. Loading the paper towel is easy and the handle makes for a quick and easy feed of the paper to the desired length. The paper easily tears off, great for use by wet hands.

The handle is exposed, {Visible} and these units are easy to use and load. The Automatics are tricky at best and jamming a lot.
