This supplement has helped my insomnia more than any other I’ve tried. Previously, my Apple Watch would reflect less than 30 minutes of deep sleep and an average of 1.5 awake hours; about 7.5 hours of sleep total. Now, an average of 60 minutes deep sleep and 1 minute awake time; averaging 9 hours total. The only drawback is the vivid dreams. They are so intense that I wake up feeling groggy for a bit. I only take one pill, not three, as suggested, and I take it at dinner time.

This is wonderful for helping me sleep. I love the product. My beef is with the packaging. The plastic container is large for what is in it. The container is 1/10th full. With most areas not able to recycle plastic, why Life Extension uses this to sell to its customers I do not understand

Tenía más de una década sin descansar más de 4 horas seguidas durante una noche, y consumir éste producto durante 2 noches seguidas hizo que no sólo pudiese descansar profundamente, sino que me despertase tan relajado como un bebé. Ha sido realmente impresionante su efecto beneficioso en mi cuerpo. Me gusta que su efecto sea muy natural, es decir, no me adormece como muchos productos que inducen el sueño, sino que a la hora que yo decida dormir, me ayuda a que mi sueño sean profundos, lo cual me ayuda a recuperar las fuerzas, mejorar mi estado de ánimo, sanar mis dolencias corporales, olvidar mis preocupaciones, eliminar el estrés, relajarme profundamente, etc. Es un producto Super necesario para mejorar la salud física, mental y emocional. Lo recomiendo.
