I bought this for skin and nails. About a month prior to getting the product, I'd tripped and fallen on my knee and it was still tweaky, even after muscle strengthening exercises. After I started taking this product, about a week or so later, I noticed my knee wasn't bothering me at all. I thought it was coincidence, but my knee was better even though I'd stopped the muscle strengthening.My brother is a runner, had done some half and full marathons and was having issues with his knees. He was NOT happy because he was to the point of not running anymore. I mentioned the product. I told him that it was not too expensive to try to see if, it was in fact, helpful for joints. So he gave it a try. I didn't think about it and it was about eight months later that I remembered to ask him when he said he was getting ready to do an Ironman. He said, since he started taking this supplement, he has the knees of a 16 year old! His joints feel great.So, I think it is probably one of the best products for joint health, since it's been tried by the two of us. The only draw back is the number of pills you have to take daily. However, it's still fairly inexpensive, and it seems to be a product that actually works. So, definitively worth the hassle of multiple daily pills.
