Finally decided to get a nice set of pots and pans. These are definitely pricey, but worth it. They are beautiful, and look so good hanging on my pot rack. No sticking, and easy to clean. It is important to clean and maintain them according to the manufacturer’s care recommendations.

Without a doubt, these are the best manufactured and designed pots and pans on the market. Absolutely incredible. All you have to do is follow three VERY simple rules (which all negative reviews and complaining users DIDN’T do!: 1) NEVER set the dial above 3 (out of 10) on your stovetop. Between 2 and 3 seems to be the sweet spot; 2) wait AT LEAST 5 minutes before even considering putting anything in the pan; and 3) thoroughly coat the pan surfaces (bottom and sides) with butter or oil AFTER pan is warm but BEFORE placing any food item in the pan. Do this and these pans are virtually non-stick no matter what you are cooking - fish, pork, eggs, beef, chicken, veggies - will cook PERFECTLY every time! I feel like a Michelin star chef after every delicious meal. Clean up is the best part. Half the time I just rinse the pan with hot water and that’s it. Other times a soft sponge is all it takes. Do this within 30 minutes or so when done cooking and it’s that easy. Avoid the dishwasher as there’s no need as you’ll be using these pans 3x a day if you’re like me. If you want to restore the out-of-the box shine from time to time, simply use the cleaner that’s suggested and sold by manufacturer.

This cookware is f!@#ing awesome! I have been looking to upgrade my pots and pans and completely move away from teflon. I prefer the brushed finish to the mirror finish, it was also slightly cheaper. The handles are stay cool while the pans heat up really well and evenly. We have even been making tons of great foods including - fried eggs and french omelettes with minimal to no sticking. It is really not difficult to cook on stainless steel if you are up to learn something new, even my partner is excited to cook more now that we have such beautiful cookware. We have been coking on them for a few months now and couldn't be happier. They are definitely pricey and heavy but these are not deterrents for me as they are a life time investment and made in America!

I have to admit that having used "cheapo" pots and pans for the last umpteen years, these took a bit of getting used to. Now? You'd have to pry them from my cold, dead hands. What a difference! Everything cooks evenly, and at a much lower temperature. Being able to brown on the stove and then move to the oven to cook, and then leave on the stove-top until the family round-up is done is just amazing. They are a breeze to clean, as long as I don't make breakfast eggs over-easy (still trying, though). Every so often I'll toss one or two in the dishwasher, but usually it's so quick to wash them that there's no need. I almost broke the bank to buy them, and now I couldn't care less, and have just ordered the estra-large roasting pan. I'm guaranteed to be the happiest cook in the poorhouse!

This is my first set of upper tier cookware and it’s worth every penny. The only thing I would improve is leaving out the 8” fry pan and include the 12” in its place (I ended up purchasing it separately). Great selection of pieces otherwise.

We made a grilled cheese sandwich and i had to soak the pan for a day and SCRUB with All-Clad cleanser with some muscle to get the scorch off. I had my husband spray with avocado oil because the pans are not non-stick and that may have been the problem. I love the pans and my sandwich was cooked perfectly. I am just a little concerned about food sticking.

After years of procrastinating I purchased this set along with a 12” skillet. I really love it. Nothing sticks. If you know anything about cooking then this is a great set. I’ve made all kinds of foods and have had no issues. It’s even easier than my cast iron stuff since you don’t have to heat and oil it after use. Sure wish I could have afforded the copper clad ones. Hey All Clad-how about you send me some freebies and I’ll be your tax write off?? Really folks-these are the bees knees.

I wil buy again from this business for sure. Service is awsome. Those cookware are the best. And the best for your buck. I don't regret it at all. If you can, buy them and you wont regret. It's a lot of $$$, but well invest for years to come.
Cookware
Used for cooking, frying, warming up the food. To keep it clean and shiny I need to use Bars Keeper Friend after each use. I don't think it is healthy to use chemical at all the time.
