The instructions say to poke a small hole in the foil covering the top. Presumably to control the flow of the product . In my experience most foil tops, when you need to peel them off, are practically impossible to remove. In this case when poking a hole the entire top just came off. Outside of that the stain remover works really well. I have had great success removing stains on our carpet twice so far.

Not the best honestly. It was alright. Test it for yourself might work better for you.Did not remove puppy urine stains from rug.Even right after incident happened, did not remove completely.

I am on my second bottle. I have never seen a cleaner so effective removing every stain I’ve ever had on my carpet today. Today, I tried it on my outdoor polyurethane, rocking chair that had a big stain. I’ve tried so many products after getting the stain out of my outdoor carpet with Dr. Beckman‘s. I thought I’m gonna just try it for kicks. It came right out, everyone needs to have one of these in their home

Excellent on really bad stains that have been around for ages
The whole point of buying this was so no one would ever have to see our carpets in such shape, but I’ve been so happy about how they turned out that I couldn’t avoid making a review. I have been trying to get our house back to somewhat decent, now that I’m an adult and finally understand how great cleaning actually is.To put the cleaner into perspective, these stains have been marinating for 12 years now. We’ve done carpet cleaning before, even renting the big one from the local grocery store, and it never got us far or for long.The two photos are a before and after, and I’d only gone over the areas ONCE. The hands and knees Cinderella washing doesn’t matter when the result is so good, and I don’t have to feel ashamed when friends visit
