Sadly the Castor Oil bottle arrived with a cracked cap, which had leaked through the packaging. Not much product was lost, but it was a nuisance. The cap was over tightened in production. It would have been obvious if QC had been paying attention.The Pimento on the other hand was in pristine condition, apart from being oiled up by its companion.I expect good things from both these products.

This castor oil definitely seems close to authentic, it’s very sticky so application to hair, skin etc. is bit of a task but by diluting it with your favorite carrier oil with 1:1 it should be good..i see my facial skin is becoming softer and nicer and noticeable improvement on my eyebrows. I apply some moisturizer first and then apply castor oil, directly on face & eyebrows, then it spreads evenly all over.. certainly recommend..Currently on my hairline, I am putting drops directly with the help of dropper and very very gently, I dab on hairline, I also put few drops on my scalp but it’s very viscous.. make sure you don’t rub just dab if you are not using carrier oil..you can use cotton ball too to apply on hairline.. overall I felt hair was better After washing than other times..I am hoping to see new hair growth..fingers crossed..

I ordered these products after having seen them in Spisha's Bolo store. Truth be told, I did not know what to expect from the red Pimento oil.. But basically this product is JBC oil infused with different other essential oils among which the red Pimento oil. The smell is really good, the bottle is user-friendly which makes it very easy to apply onto your scalp. The product is easy to wash off, the hair feels really soft and the scalp clean, the oil is a bit runny too, it's not as thick as JBC. Great product!! I just had some issues with the delivery to Belgium. It took way too long.

I read many of the reviews before I bought these items. Its too soon to report anything about growth but I'm extremely pleased that there is almost no smell.The oil is heavy however if you warm it prior to application there is more control over how much you use. You will nead an applicator bottle for the black oil which can be picked up at any beauty supply.Also the oil absorbs really well. Very hopeful for results already pleased that there is no overpowering odor.9/14/13 Update. My hair has grown a good 2 inches. I'm amazed at how much new growth I have. The Pimento oil has a strong smell that I'm not crazy about so I only used it on Friday evenings when I didn't have to work. However, I used the black caster oil about 3 times a week and I liked how the smell was minimal (sorry but I'm sticking to this) and how it made my braids look. I didn't buy the 'my hair grew like magic' reviews but I was looking for something healthy for my braids. I am surprised that my hair grew as quickly and as long as it did.This product works. I will be ordering more castor oil but skipping the pimento.Good luck.
