Love the favor and convenience of this liquid turbinado sugar. It mixes easily into all kinds of drinks and imparts an interesting brown sugar-like complexity. However it costs about a dollar per ounce, and this size doesn't last long. Other than that, highly recommend!

Mine came very well protected/shipped with blow up air cushioning. Flavor is dead on for old fashioned cocktails! No more muddling sugar cubes or course sugar. Must have for cocktails. Would recommend this product.

Turbinado doesn't like to dissolve completely, except maybe in hot coffee and tea. In mixed drinks like a bourbon old-fashioned this turbinado syrup works really well. If you're doing traditional English baking, like English muffins, it works well in place of sugar or turbinado. Of course, the syrup IS just turbinado and water, but it's nice that it's been dissolved and reduced for you. Naturally, it adds an obscene amount of calories and carbs to anything you make with it.

Where has this simplified/liquified Sugar in The Raw been ??? Amazing to use, no sugar granules spilled on the counter top, etc. Not excessively sweet, and perfect for my coffee, tea, cereal, and over ice for drinks. Instantly, has become my go-to favorite. Good job Sugar inn the Raw!Highly recommend.
