I normally do not write reviews however, thought this product was worthy of reviewing! It is what it says it is...helps induce relaxing sleep and is NOT addictive...I slept during the holidays without taking it while I had so much time off work & slept great! With a husband that has dementia, my mind races when I am trying to relax and fall asleep at a decent hour to get a proper 8 hours sleep. (on my work days) I've been using it, as needed over the years, 100% happy! Side note: Tried Relaxim Sleep as promoted on TV and sent it back!! This ZzzQuil is perfect!

My husband and I have a really hard time sleeping and getting to sleep. We've tried melatonin, home remedies, ashwaganda, etc. And nothing. This helps us so much! Love it. Even when we have to get up in the middle of the night, very easy to get back to sleep. Wake up refreshed, with no side effects.

The product works, but the taste of the Honey And Chamomile is like cat pee in a hobo boot... (Vicks needs to figure out the flavors a little) The warming berry isn't horrible, and the cherry is pretty bad. But it's medicine, what's the old adage, if it tastes good it doesn't work?

I used the child dosage. I get a Great night's sleep and feel rested in the morning. I take 1/2 hour before bed. Note: It says non addictive BUT if you take something and it makes you feel good and makes you want to always have a good night sleep is it still considered addictive??? Because I have to take this every night! LOL!! I only take 5 nights then do 1 or 2 nights with out.
