First— they smell & taste like real apples, not applesauce! I love that. I have dysphagia from recent surgery and use applesauce to swallow pills. These mini pouches are perfect for my purse. I squeeze some on a camping spoon, add the pill, and down it goes! It even has a twist cap so I can dispose when convenient.

Yeah I’m 35 and I love these. Takes me back to my younger years. Love the small portions. Easy to pack in my lunch bag for a snack before or after lunch at work.Only downside is I feel the plastic cap on these is a bit too much for such a small package. I’m thinking in environmental terms.

Why do you have to put natural flavors and applesauce with cinnamon ?? Nobody knows what natural flavors are made from. I do know I don't want in my body 10 g of carbohydrates one gram of fiber and 3.2 Oz with no added sugar they say plus the plastics that is contained in it. I'm going to give it to my neighbor they eat that crap all the time. Because I can't return it. I know I would not recommend it to anyone unless you're on that death train !!
