In an effort to take better care of my leather boots, I purchased this brush since it was the same brand as a highly-rated Saphir conditioner I started using. So far, I've been happy with the brush, which I use to buff my boots after applying conditioner. The bristles are very soft on the leather, and brushing gave my boots a nice clean shiny texture. The pic above shows a pair of boots after buffing. The brush seems like it's good quality and I'm optimistic that it will last.

This is a high quality brush. The horse hair bristles are softer than my other horsehair brushes. So I use this brush for buffing and lightly dusting my shoes. My only complaint would be the size of the brush. It measures 6-3/4”x2”. I wish there were a larger version.

I expected more out of the Saphir name, this brush drops hair like crazy everytime I'm shining my shoes and boots, it leaves hairs everywhere.
High quality brush, very thick soft bristles!
I decided to purchase this after reading reviews of cheaper brands - the brush is a nice large size, it's thick with bristles, they seem soft and high quality, and I have been using it for a while now and there has been no loss of bristles. I know this brand is a high-end leader for this product line, and the brush has completely met my expectations for this level of brand.

No sirve para suciedad pesada debido a la longitud de los pelos ni para pulir o encerar por su densidad, pero para lo que si sirve y muy bien es para quitar las partículas ligeras que día a día quedan en el calzado. Unas pasadas al llegar a casa y los zapatos como nuevos.
Excellent quality, soft polishing brush
It's not often these days that I'm positively surprised by the high quality of a purchased item, but in this case I certainly was. The brush seems well made, the wood handle is smooth, and the bristles are nice and soft. This brush should prove pleasant to use while I expect the soft bristles to do a fine job of producing a good shine on polished shoes. Cannot yet comment on whether the brush sheds bristles during usage, but as I said, it definitely appears to be a well-made, high quality product.

Bonne brosse de lustrage.Au début, quelques poils se barrent, mais ensuite, elle fait son travail comme il faut et pour longtemps.Suite à certains commentaires, ne pas s'inquiéter des poils qu'elle perd au début, car ça s'arrête ensuite, c'est juste à mon avis "le rodage".Je recommande.
