This tureen with plain white color was what I was looking for. My place setting is already very colorful and intricate, and I don't want my serving utensils to fight for attention away from them. This plain white tureen is the perfect background for an intricate and colorful place setting as it highlights them and at the same time elevate the whole tablescape. The artful embossed design is actually deep and it amazes me how this beautiful pattern was carved in the tureen. The ladle is a scene stealer.

This is a beautiful tureen. After much searching, this was perfect for what I needed. The size is great for serving 6 or so people with adequate amount for seconds.

I was shocked at the poor quality of this Lenox tureen. The lid did not fit. Handles on the side were uneven. Seams from the mold on both sides were highly visible and glaze appeared thin. I will return but was so disappointed by this brand. I would not have kept it even if the cost was $15 but at $100+ I feel like Lenox was trying to fleece me.

This is a lovely soup tureen and a nice way to present soup. The design on the outside is nice. The inside doesn't have crevices that are hard to clean. I am very happy with this item and would highly recommend it.

Had to return the first one- the little knob on the cover had broken off prior to shipping. The replacement was perfect. Used it on Thanksgiving and it looked beautiful. Only gave it 4 stars for durability as that cover knob could easily be broken.

What a beauty!
I just received my soup tureen and I can't express my joy! What a beautiful piece! The ladle is a bonus because most tureens come with no ladle and the ones that do are not so exquisite. It's Summer so I may not use it until Fall but I got it at a bargain price (which BTW is actually a steal!). It should be enough for a family of 6 adults or 4 adults and 4 kids. So glad I have this tureen now.
