Moisturizes my hair well
5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect
I have true 4c hair which can be dry at times. I put this one and my hair styles moisturized for a tad bit longer than my usual regiment. Does not require a lot per application. Last me going on 3 months now.

5.0 out of 5 stars Nice natural alternative for hair gels
This works great as an alternative for chemical hair gels and sprays. It keeps curls nicely together and keeps the hair moisturized.
3.0 out of 5 stars Mediocre!
I am aware that coconut oil is suppose to be very beneficial to the hair. However, Jamaican black castor oil is one if not the most superb oils on the market (in my humble opinion). I have been using Jamaican black castor oil for a while now and although coconut oil on its own is alright when added to black castor oil the coconut oil lessens the benefits of the Jamaican black castor oil. I will not purchase this again. I personally believe that Jamaican black castor oil is the best oil to use on natural african american hair. Although, what works for one person may not necessarily work for everyone. You have to do your homework and find out what works best for your hair. Jamaican black castor oil combined with rosemary is also an excellent oil for natural hair. Coconut oil is basically a greasy oil and although Jamaican black castor oil can be greasy if over applied it has excellent benefits in promoting healthy hair. A lot of the natural hair care websites rant and rave about coconut oil but it has "never" did a lot for my hair.
5.0 out of 5 stars Unexpected frizz taming:)
Initially I got this because of the castor oil. My daughter (6 yrs old) has very thin fizzy hair that doesn't grow long! I wanted to try castor oil to grow more hair to fill her head. When I received the package I was surprised it is is very small. It wasn't easy to spread in the hair, but I figured out I have to rub it in my hands a little so that it heat up and becomes a liquid. We used it for a month now so I can't say if it grow her hair or not, but the good thing I found is that it tames the frizz VERY WELL!she used to have a very frizzy hair. I use this oil on wet hair, and leave it to air dry (which is the worst thing to frizzy hair of course). The hair looks very nice when it tries. Of course if will weigh the hair down, but for us it is ok, she looks good, tidy and shiny even after a full day in the school.I don't like the product smell, but it is not notable when on the hair. I started using it myself on wet hair in the frizzy parts (not all over the hair because it weigh the hair down).
1.0 out of 5 stars Put bumps/knots in my daughters head after 2 uses
So I purchased this product for my daughter. The size of the container was fine for me, exactly what I expected. HOWEVER the actual product has been a living hell for me and my family, and I'll tell you why. I got this for my daughter who had some dry spots in her head, but has such a soft, curly hair type. She has a really good grade of hair. For starters, I could barely get the product out of the container because of the texture of the jar I received. It was all beaded up, kinda dry-like, so I actually had to melt it down to even use it bc if not it just look like dandruff sitting on your scalp, and it wouldn't rub in it all. MAYBE the jar I received had defected product in it, however I'm not willing to try it again to find out. Anyway after one or two uses of it, my daughter started getting these bumps in her head, so I thought they were hair bumps, to this day IDK what really happened with it, but those bumps quickly turned into knots, and my daughter loss hair in those spots. We had to end up taking her to the doctor and and she was put on antibiotic. This is someone who had so much pretty thick, curly, and healthy hair. NEVER had an issue before I used this product. She now has to see a dermatologist for it bc in the spots that the bumps/knots is now like a scar, and we're not sure if her hair will ever grow back. I'm not a negligent parent, and we take very good care of our hair so this was all a surprise to me and my husband, and my daughter. I'm the only one that cares for my daughter's hair so it's not like she had different ppl in her head doing different things. I can attest that she never had a single bump or knot in her head before I used this product on her head. I didn't return it, because to me it was pointless, but I wanted to leave an honest review just to see if anyone else experienced this same thing. If so, you are not alone.
I HAVE TRIED IT AND LOVE IT
Love the product will buy it again .
Haven't use it for long but I can see the different already.
Too small for the price.
Wow
It’s so small bruv. Like I thought it would be a little bigger but nah. Anyway otherwise it’s dope. Smells good and feels good.
A great sealant!
I live this product. It thickens my hair locks in moisture very well. That said, at almost $20 it is far too costly for a 4oz jar.
decu
produit très petit et puis ses grains son très énervent dans la cuir chevelure après quelque semaine il y avais plus de graine que de pommade
