You adhere these to your gums. They feel wierd for a minute but then you don't notice them. They keep my mouth moist when I sleep bc my mouth opens and also a medication gives me dry mouth. Did you know dry mouth can cost you your teeth? Just try these. They last all night (day). Not much of a taste to them. You forget They are there. I use two on my upper back gums near the salivary glands. I had used dry mouth lozenges but they're not as good for night. These stay put.

These help dry mouth, especially at night. I have to order the ‘sensitive’ ones now because my dentist said the harder, original ones were leaving blood blisters on my gums. The size is comfortable and the taste is pleasant. They seem overpriced, but are easy to use and as far as durability, the can last for several hours.

wasn't expecting this to actually work, but yep. i'm a heavy-set person (super morbidly obese) so most of my time spent sleeping is spent with my mouth open and snoring. i ALWAYS wake up with an extremely dry mouth. this seems to stave off the worst of it. my tongue was still a little bit dry, but the rest of my mouth felt fine, and the dryness on my tongue was nothing compared to what it was in the past.not sure how or why this works, but it definitely does work. sticks well. not a huge fan of the mint flavor since i tasted it all night long but it's a fair tradeoff for not having a bone dry mouth in the morning.

It's like altoids. I have Sjogren's Syndrome and have awful dry mouth. I was hopeful this would help. It's not terrible. It's uncomfortable though. Tastes just like altoids mints. Kind of big and bulky in size. But easy enough to use.

Xlylimelts really works! It provides relief from dry mouth particularly well at night. It has a pleasant taste, dissolves slowly and is effective all night. Without disturbing your sleep. I've tried all kinds of gels, rinses lozenges. etc. This is the only product that lasted the entire night without disturbing my sleep and left my mouth feeling refreshed in the morning. H

I like this disc medicine for my mouth dryness but it last for 6-7 hrs.
These XyliMelts are slippery at first!
The delivery process took awhile. But was worth the wait. I have tried these for 2 nights and they really help my dry mouth issue. Perfect!When the disc is in your mouth and gets wet, they are a very slippery making it a challenge to place onto the gums, but once you figure it out they stick very well. I’m sure using them every night I will master the art! The mild mint taste worked for me as well. Great product:) Would certainly recommend.
