I’ve always dealt with constipation since I could remember. I prolly have a bowel movement every 2 or 3 days & it would only be a little & I’d be struggling. One time I even bled. I’ve bought this a few times & was never consistent with it but I knew it was a good product. But now I take it daily or at least 4 days out the week if I’m lazy. I usually take 2 shots from a shot glass in the morning. Sometimes morning & night just to be extra in case I feel off a few days. I notice if I go more than 4 days without taking it my stools are harder to pass.The taste is sour like sour green apple juice without the apple but u can wash it down with you favorite juice & you no longer taste. No after tasteNow I’m having a bowel movement 20 mins after every meal. & healthy nothing like watery or upset stomach. I’m going 2 3 times a day even. & it’s nothing that is going to ruin your day needa be by a toilet. I can def hold it for a few hours. Excuse me but soft long healthy stools. I’m no longer straining I’m on the toilet for less than 3 mins.Plus this makes your skin so glowy. I look forward to healthy stools it’s like damn all those toxins were never coming out before this product.I was prescribed miralax but I hate the taste is so thick. I also don’t consume a lot of veggies or fibers. so I like aloe Vera juice instead.

it does feel great to start a morning with some ice water with aloe vera juice. very refreshing. the taste takes getting used to, but i’ve repurchased it many times and will repurchase in the future. it became a regular drink in my fridge.

I did a lot of research before purchasing. As someone who suffers with constant heartburn and acid reflux, I purchased the Aloe Vera as a way to help with the symptoms and pain I was experiencing on a daily basis. I take about a shot of the juice every morning and night. Just know it’s not going to taste good, but it’s not as horrible as people make it out to be, the aftertaste is something to get used too, but nothing a piece of gum or a quick teeth brushing won’t fix.After literally only four days, my heartburn subsided and I didn’t have crippling pain from reflux anymore. I even had Shrimp Mozambique for the first time in years.If you’re looking for an alternative to medications, Aloe Vera juice is the way to go to manage your pain from Acid Reflux. Keep refrigerated, I found that it helped with the aftertaste. DONT let the taste turn you off to it, this is like a miracle drink for me, hopefully it will help y’all too.

I have purchased this brand before usually at the various WFM stores and it is always excellent quaity.I consulted with their importer-distributor to my native Czech Republic whether there is any downside consuming the juice of the whole leaf then there are supposed to be some undesireable bitter components in the skin of the leaf and he assured me that the company is very well aware of that and has a way of filtering out the undesireable components but leaving in the desireable stuff that is only contained in the whole leaf including the skin, so this is the best of both worlds and contains all the beneficial natural ingredients. I am not a biochemist but it makes sense to me, sometimes I buy their pure inner gel filet juice and sometimes I buy the whole leaf juice (in the glass bottle) and sometimes i just take time to walk out into the tropical paradise of my own house`s garden in Hawaii Kai - Triangle/Portlock where I have an endless supply of the optimal variety of Aloe Vera Barbadensis Muller (I might be misspelling it a bit) growing in the wild both on my property and some on the adjacent public land that is all that separates my backyard from the world-famous Hanauma Bay, and I hand filet the inner gel from the aloe vera leaves that I gently pull by hand from the plants so as not to damage or shock them, just sort of tugging and pulling gently from side to side the leaf will just kind of pull off without having to be cut, it is terrific how the Maker designed this universe of ours, let`s cherish it instead of destroying it as the current administration is bent on doing. I like the taste of this product, BUT the last three bottles I have purchased had fines and stuff floating in the bottle when the bottle was about half full. I just thought it was probably the bits of aloe. The last bottle I got did not have this problem. I do not know what was in the aloe, but I am going to switch brands.

I had read a study about aloe vera juice being helpful diminishing hot flashes. I would literally get in bed and my body would decide “let’s start them now.” I wasn’t sleeping well due to the hot flashes and thinking I could not endure this torture for however long they were going to last. I am 50 and experiencing perimenapause. The hot flashes started in November. I decided to give the juice a chance hoping for a miracle but knowing it might not work also. Omg! I started with 2oz the same day before bed. I slept better but still thinking that it might not be the juice. Next day, 2oz in the morning and 2oz before bed. That evening I slept through the night (I had not slept like that in a while) and didn’t feel any hot flashes. Then I started feeling like this was a godsend. I have being using it for 2 weeks (32oz bottle) and just got my 2nd order. I plan to stick with the routine and hopefully this will help anyone going through hot flashes too. I do see healthier skin, hair and complexion. I hope this helps!!
