Next we use the perfect recipe of spices passed down by generations of sausage makers. These spices complement our meats, ensuring that they enhance the natural flavors while never overpowering them. We use no binders, fillers or extenders—just enormous care to ensure that our sausages are always mouthwateringly delicious. We hand craft our meats into a variety of shapes and sizes before we begin the smoking process. We smoke all of our meats slowly over real hardwood fires in our traditional pit style smokehouse to ensure natural flavor. We leave them hanging for as long as it takes until we're satisfied with the flavor. After we smoke our meats, we pack them immediately to seal in the freshness and flavor. Quality control procedures are in place at every step of the process, and goods are stored under optimal temperatures to maintain freshness and quality. But our products rarely sit around. We ship to retailers all across the country, allowing everyone to experience the true taste of Wisconsin.

These are great for a quick snack or something to add with a quick lunch. A sandwich or a main dish with a couple of these sticks and that's plenty. Throw a few of these in a bag on the go and it's a great way to hold you over between meals. Will definitely buy more. They taste clean to me and not greasy, Great flavor!

This turkey sticks are DELICIOUS!My only gripe is that I did not play close attention to the packaging and it recommended REFRIGERATE ONCE OPENED.That should be in BOLD LETTERS.imagine my disappointment going back to work after a 3day weekend and go for a snack and the whole thing is moldy.Despite that I did order more lolThey're really good, but I did put them in the fridge and squeezed the air out the bag so no humidity would cause mold and seems like it helped. I probably would opt for individually packaged products next time.Cause it's a snack and should be convenient.

Moldy!
I'll let the images speak for themselves... but as soon as they arrived, noticed some white powder on the interior... then really saw how much mold there was! I tossed them away immediately. Do not recommend!
