Vitafusion women’s multivitamin gummies come in a delicious berry flavor. I take one in the morning and one in the evening. It has all of the vitamins, plus B-6 & B-12, that I need to supplement my food. And it just so happens that this is America’s #1 gummy vitamin brand. The container that we purchased contains 150 gummies so this will last for 75 days.I just started this vitamin regimen so I have yet to see how well it helps my nails and hair growth. And the only tiny bit of negativity that I can say with these vitamins is that when you smell the gummies in the bottle, they smell a little like mushy fruit. That’s why I take 1 vitamin out and then the smell is delicious.These vitamins contain everything that I need for a healthy, happy body. These vitamins do not contain anything negative at all. These tasty gummies do work. I needed something that I would look forward to taking and that would be a great vitamin supplement. Well I took them and ran out and after about two weeks of running out I started to feel more sluggish and sleep more. I realized that it was the gummies. They gave me energy and when I ran out, I felt it. It taste good. Has no aftertaste. It doesn’t upset my stomach. It has a nice flavor and texture. I am very happy with my purchase of these vitamins.
