I’ve been making homemade chocolate for nearly a decade, and my friends go crazy over it! My go-to has always been Volupta cacao powder, but when it was discontinued, I found myself back on the hunt for the perfect replacement. It’s been a journey—I even tried Navitas because of the great reviews, but the chocolate flavor just wasn’t strong enough. Thankfully, I decided to try Wildly Organic Cacao Powder, and I couldn’t be happier. My chocolate-loving husband and I both love its rich, strong chocolate flavor! I just ordered 5 lbs. Highly recommend!

I'm currently consuming my sixth pound of this product! I've tried Wilderness Family Naturals "Wildly Organic" unfermented raw cacao and this fermented raw cacao. They are both good, but the fermenting process seems to take the bitterness down a notch; the resulting flavor has a nice amount of bitterness but is smooth as silk. Raw cacao, as opposed to cocoa powder, has a high ORAC value (ORAC stands for Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity. It's a lab test that attempts to quantify the "total antioxidant capacity" (TAC) of a food). I highly recommend this awesome product from both a taste and a health standpoint!

I have tried several organic raw cacao products over the past several years; the is by far the best. I appreciate that the company tests their cacao to ensure that it stays within the guidelines for heavy metal content that does not require a California Prop label and is willing to share this content. It mixes well in warm milk for healthier hot cacao and tastes the most like quality chocolate of all that I have tried. This may be partly due to the fact that the company ferments the cacao and does not remove the cacao fat for use in other products. This tastes and mixes much better than the competitors. I also do not need to add as much maple syrup to make our hot chocolate taste good either. This is the BEST!

very good, strong flavor, best value for nutrition density and fair trade cocoa. i eat this in oatmeal everyday and it is perfect. it is a little strong when i make it in drinks so for beverages i recommend using a little less than you'd initially think. will buy again.

This is SO delicious. I use it in the Olly brand chocolate Protein Powder and fudge. I was so surprised at how smooth and fine the powder is, and how delicious it tastes. It is much better than regular cocoa.I highly recommend it as an additive to a protein shake, for hot cocoa, fudge, brownies, or anything else you would use cocoa for. This is top gun. YUM, YUM, YUM!

I believe this to be the highest quality cacao in the mid range. It outshines the competitors, breaks down thoroughly in milk and has a rich flavor. I use it to make chocolate ice cream 1/2 cup per 2 cups cream and 1 cup milk. Also chocolate milk. 1 1/2 -2T cacao powder per 2 cups milk, 6-7 drops liquid Omica stevia and 1/4 -1t granulated stevia. A no sugar, no guilt treat. Great stuff.
