It has a slight glittery quality. However, it’s an affordable option and serves as an adequate powder. The glitter is not very noticeable unless there is a flash for photos or you are in bright sunlight. The powder feels very light on and provides a very pretty finish, glitter and all. You really don’t need to use much. I do wish it lasted a bit longer though. I noticed that I would have to retouch after a few hours but it is small a portable enough. Overall, I’m happy with this product.

And I don’t like the compact ones that you rub a pad on and then sort of wipe it on your skin. I got to try it last night and like my other e.l.f. products, this did everything I wanted. And it’s it’s got a clear plastic tray covering it when you move the twister around it will become open with some holes that will allow the powder to come off but when you turn it some more it closes off so you don’t have to worry about opening up the jar and finding a ton of powder. Seems to need to be more special than what I last got. And yes, I will re-buy it when needed.

I'm not the biggest fan of sparkles but not gonna lie it looks cute. I liked the texture and helps sealing the make up. I'm giving it 4 starts because it has flashback effect, you look like a vampire in pictures with flash, but feels nice on the skin even on hot weather

It is a really good setting powder but it does have glitter in it. It was my fault I didn’t read so it’s not a bad product I just wasn’t reading😂! When it’s applied into the skin the utter is not very noticeable and only noticeable with a flash on or in sun light. BUT the glitter does go away very easily so it’s not a big deal.
