These are the fluffiest gluten-free pancakes I know. The flavor and texture are good. They cook through well and flip easily. You only need to add an egg and either water or milk to make the batter.As an aside, for those with hard-to-pill dogs; a plain, bite-sized piece of these pancakes works wonderfully well for hiding a pill because of the fluffy center. My dogs just gobble it down.
