I use this oil in addition to hemp seed oil and coconut oil to put on after I get out of the shower I like this oil because light and doesn't feel heavy and slippery at all. Also has a pleasant scent not an oily smell at all.

This is better for you than olive oil. Great for Good Heart health. Do your own research. I pour this over my veggies in a large bowl, with my seasoning and herbs then roast or sauté the veggies in a pan. Taste good. I also added this to my hair oils that I use for my Hot Oil treatment. Makes my hair really shiny. I’ve been recommending this product to friends.

I brush this on my steaks before grilling. Macadamia nut oil has a high smoke point--though not as high as avocado oil--but the flavor is way better. I've purchased this several times here and it's always fresh (not old stock).
