5.0 out of 5 stars Seems to clean very well...
I bought this cleaner for my K & N Blackhawk filter. It was not THAT dirty after driving around 8K miles, but I still bought this product and used it on it. After spraying it down and then washing it out, it looks as good as new. I have no negatives to say. There is enough quantity to wash the entire neighborhood's filters. You definitely get your money's worth. I recommend for all Dry Filters. Thank you much.Ps - the photos are of my filter after it was cleaned and reinstalled. Not before when it was a little dirty.
5.0 out of 5 stars Cleans non-oiled Air filters to new in 20 minutes
I've had this about 2 years now.... and I am still on the first bottle! It works like a charm and I've cleaned all my cars (dry flow) air filters a couple times each. This spray is super easy to use and really makes it easy to wash all the dirt out of the filter without needing a high pressure hose (which can damage the filter). This is a must have if you have an aftermarket dry-flow air filter (its not for oiled filters). If this review helped you at all please mark it helpful, thanks!
4.0 out of 5 stars i swear this is Windex, but it works great lol
if you've ever used windex, you know the smell. this stuff smells exactly like windex its uncanny. but im sure its formulated differently and works really well at cleaning AEM filters so its what i use.
5.0 out of 5 stars Cleaner for air filter
Does great job of cleaning dirty air filters
5.0 out of 5 stars Great non oiled filter cleaner
I used this on my grimmspeed dry con filter which is similar to aem. It immediately took dirt off the filter. After soaking and rinsing like it said on the bottle it was clean in no time. Highly recommend.
5.0 out of 5 stars Does the job well.
First of all, I purchased an AEM filter to avoid having to use the two step K&N recharge process. I grew tired of walking the balance between inadequate oiling leading to dust particulate along my intake runner or over-oiling leading to fouled MAF sensors. Taking five thousand miles to find out if I got the oiling correct is too much of a concern when it comes to a daily driver.Enter the AEM sythetic media filters (and I went with a heavy duty model because I frequently drive on roads that are less traveled for a reason): Saturate with cleaner, backflush with water, air dry and go drive without any concerns until you need to service your filter again. I love it.This is the first time I've used the cleaner, and it does the job it's supposed to do. The dirt came out without much of a fight, leaving the gray media... gray, and I feel confident that using the AEM product will keep my filter treated properly between services. Some people use Formula 409 or Simple Green. I prefer to stick with OEM: the small additional expense is more than worth it for a component as important as your air filter.
5.0 out of 5 stars Clean your filters
Worked very well
5.0 out of 5 stars Get the job done!
Works as advertised. Cleans the filters well. Should last a while.
Cleans good, cheaper than new filter
Maintain your dry filters with this and the filters should last quite a while... not much is needed as this stuff is pretty potent.. wear your ppe , you don't want this on your skin on in you eye
Bueno para lo que fue diseñado
Util para filtros sin grasa, lo limpia muy bien, aunque dura muy poco.
Poor package leaking everywhere
I'm not sure if it's cleaned the filter but has removed all the red dye and now the filter looks brown NOT HAPPY now need to order a new filter at a cost of £80 I will be contacting the seller for this money

Lo compré porqué era más barato que el original. Creo que le falta "fuerza" para limpiar a fondo. Pero lo hace bastante bien.
Fa quello che dice
