I had a post that to make the homemade zingers you need Raspberry jello. That is something I could not find in my local store. But Bolo had it! Thank you Bolo for saving the Day!The recipe called for coconut at the end and I did buy my items here for this Copycat Recipe I found online.I will say the product was fresh and delicious.Thumbs up and happy Tummies to all.This is an honest and unpaid review . We can’t get this in stores anymore. I’m so glad it’s available on Bolo. I have made my coconut layer cake for holidays for decades and it wasn’t the same without Baker’s brand. The texture and flavor is the best. These are smaller packages but still the same great product.

I love this sweetened coconut for baking (and grabbing handfuls to nibble on!!). Makes the most delicious, moist cakes and muffins! I often buy when on offer and freeze and it's still fresh and great to use. Thoroughly recommend!

Very small bits
I bought this to make London cheesecakes but the bits were really small and didn’t have the same bite to them. Extremely sweet too.
