Slightly more tiny than pictured (3 oz capacity or so). Cerise/ cherry is a rich color, initial set arrived damaged but the seller sent out a replacement asap.

The product itself is super cute, and is perfect for sauces and chutneys. The box was packed in an envelope and shipped and one of the spoons was broken. Had to rerun it, I wish they bubble wrapped the spoons and the box itself before they shipped it.

What they might have been -- and what they actually were -- is almost comical.If I had a child, she or he would have some great toy pots for an action figure or glamour doll with unnaturally unlikely physical dimensions first manufactured in the late 1950s and had a Malibu beach house and a friend named ...Well anyway, if you can picture a G.I. Something action figure, he'd be holding both handles on these pots and not particularly struggling.VERY tiny. They looked big enough on the product page to be envisioned as useful for jams and preserves. Nuh-uh.

I use these when I have parties, and love them. However, I'm prepared for the spoons to break within the next few years. My first set arrived with a broken spoon, which should have alerted me to something. They can not be dropped, nor can they hit the sides of the cocotte itsself.A much better alternative would have been some metal spoon, imho.
