Okay so I never write reviews, and yet I rely exclusively on reviews when deciding to buy a product or not. I held out on buying this item for close to a year because of its many negative reviews. Finally I caved and decided to give it try and let me tell you, it did not disappoint!Getting all the way honest here, I'm a female in my twenties and I have the unfortunate curse of battling a mustache since my early teens. I've always stayed on top of it with waxing, plucking and of course my trusty flawless but it's still very much my biggest insecurity.When I first heard of epilators, I immediately wanted to try one but it seemed like none of them are actually made to be used on your face. Except for this cheap Remington one with the not so great reviews..So I finally order it and give it a try. OMG you guys, it works!! It gets all those nasty hairs and maybe I'm just used to ripping the hair out already but it doesnt even hurt, it actually feels kinda like acupuncture in a way. The secret is finding the best angle and position while holding it on your skin. It says to hold skin tight and use the epilator in circular motions, I do that, I also go straight across, up and down, I hold it backwards, I use it in every single possible position until my upper lip is completely smooth and clear.I definitely recommend exfoliating before use to get all the dead skin out of the way so no hairs are blocked. And this is important.. when you're done, clean the the tweezers part with rubbing alcohol or witch's hazel or whatever you prefer, but make sure you clean it after every use or else it will spread bacteria and break you out bad!!So yes I recommend this product if you are cursed like me. It takes some getting used to before you get it down perfect, but you will achieve perfect results with the very first use, it's just gonna require some extra passes till you get it down.

This works quite well, but you do have to remember that hair pluckers function differently from shavers. You need to keep the head very lightly on your skin. Pluckers need the hair to stand up enough to be able to grab it. You also have to make multiple passes in various directions because the metal channel that catches the hair is very narrow with a space between it and the next hair grabber. You have to keep making passes over your face until all the hairs have lined up and been plucked. This has the same feel and effectiveness as hand plucking. It looks and lasts better than shaving, but it takes longer to do.

I want to like this, but it takes entirely too long to see hair pulled out. And I have patience! When the hair is eventually tugged out, it is super satisfying to see the hair with the bulb on the end. But by no means can I target a hair and see it yanked out. It is much quicker to use tweezers.In my 40s and have pretty much had way too much facial hair since I was in my teens. Basically been shaving ever since. Gotta say, I have some super smooth skin from all that gentle regular physical exfoliation. But sometimes I just want to take it out at the root. I will employ my tweezers but I really do have a lot of hair, so I would rather just not do that. So cue the epilator. I have tried a couple of other brands with zero success (literally went in trash). This at least will eventually start grabbing some hair and pull it out. I just wish is was for sure effective and at a much quicker pace. I dont mind it taking awhile if it is a sure thing, but that isnt my experience.I tried slow rolling, I tried tapping, I tried swiping up and down, I tried swiping side to side. Just couldnt find that sweet spot.I definitely used this on longer hair. I let my facial hair (cheeks, chin, lip, and under the chin) grow a bit, and I also tried it on armpit hair and leg hair. I rarely shave either area. This was mind numbing boring with how long it was taking to do anything.So while I havent tossed it out, I havent reached for it again either. 3 stars.

The primary question for most shoppers... does it actually work? The short answer is "yes, it does." In fact, for such a comparatively inexpensive device, I was almost surprised that it did. However, there are a few provisos here.Is it painless? Of course not. There is a certain amount of discomfort attached to yanking your facial hairs out, and no method takes the "ouch" out of the process, except perhaps the method that includes having a potent glass or two of good wine and even that is only a distraction. Ouch is ouch. So that answers the painlessness query.Is it effective? Yes, but (there's almost always a 'but'), you will need to be patient. First, hairs must be a certain length--long enough for the rotating sets of tweezers to grasp--and one quick pass is not going to be sufficient. I practiced moving it slowly, changing "angles of attack," pulling skin taught, and so forth. After a few days, I was pleased with the results. Why? Because I'd gotten into the habit of using a good electric razor, and that meant stubble in a matter of a day or two. WHY is it that as we get older those pesky chin hairs begin to multiply like weeds?? Seems so unfair really.By using this particular device (over the course of TIME), daily stubble has become a thing of the past. i emphasize TIME because hairs emerge from follicles at different times and grow at different rates. And, as mentioned earlier, they have to get long enough. You could accomplish the same result by hand plucking, of course, but for that you need a mirror, a good light, and perhaps to put your reading glasses on. But I can simply sit and watch a movie and let little "plucky" do the work. So far, so good.

I was skeptical given all of the negative reviews of this product, but I purchased anyway because I really needed help with these chin hairs and oh my goodness I am so pleased my chin has never been so happy and hairless . It does tingle, but it is not painful, and I even got the courage to work on these lip hairs only a little bit at a time, though. The hair grows back much slower than if I had shaved it or even used a ceam on it.

Está increíble esta depiladora. Tiene un tamaño compacto que hace que fácilmente la puedas llevar en tu bolsa de ser necesario. Funciona excelente, es de baterías (ya las incluye el producto) cosa que me encanta porque antes había usado depiladoras que necesitaban estar conectadas a la luz para funcionar y por suerte este no es el caso. Siento que el tamaño está perfecto para areas pequeñas en el rostro como cejas o bozo. Y aunque te arranca los vellos de raíz, al menos en mi caso yo no siento ninguna molestia al usarla.

I love it! as someone who has pcos,hair on my chin has always been a problem. this one hurts a lot less than threading (for someone who is used to threading a lot). I have used it only once as it was delivered only yesterday. took about 2 weeks to get delivered as it is imported from the US. The seller (ibhejo) also asked for KYC documents for customs clearance and was also duly submitted. There was no problems getting the product. Product was nicely packed, no damages and is working fine. Does the job of removing hair (used it on my chin and neck area), leaves a smooth finish. picked out tiny hairs too..compact size for travelling. I bought it only to use on my chin and neck and so dont know if it can be used for hands/legs. the product is apparently not suitable for eyebrow hair ( as written on the product box). I am completely satisfied (so far)
