I didn't know there was much you could do for KP - I have it on both arms and am pretty self-conscious about it. When I talked to my doctor, she recommended one of the AHA lotions like Amlactin. I ordered a sample and didn't care for the smell (which I was okay with if it worked) - but it didn't seem to sink into my skin and I didn't notice any difference. I love Paula's Choice facial products and saw this, read the reviews, and thought I'd try it. It's the SH*T. I noticed improvement in ONE day.The smell isn't noticeable, it's lightweight and absorbs well, my arms are softer and look better in general and the bumps are gone! I still some red dots but they're completely smooth and I've only been using off and on for about a month. I just put it on at night and the next day - all day - my arms look great. Even my hubby noticed. I sometimes switch it up and use the 2% BHA w/ Salicylic acid - I heard both work for KP. So far I'm happy with both the AHA/BHA body lotions. **I even use a very light layer on my face and neck once a week or so - avoiding eyes etc** I'm so excited this actually works - I got so discouraged reading reviews for amlactin and others like it - but sure enough, Paula's Choice gets it right.

My 14 year old son had KP. He was extremely self conscious about it. He just started high school so he was really feeling self conscious about any little thing. I told him I knew of a product that would help his “bumpy arms”. I ordered and it arrived quickly. I wasn’t expecting such a change in so little time. Both arms had KP on the upper arm and forearm. He started using an African net in the shower to help exfoliate some dead skin off. Then right after his shower, he’d slather this on. My son has used it about a week now and I have seen a huge improvement in his arms. He’s confident again all because of this lotion. We both love that it doesn’t have a strong fragrance and soaks in quickly and easily. I’m now a fan for life and will buy more Paula’s Choice products!

It took about 2 weeks of using every night for me to notice a difference in my skin. I use on my chest for somewhat rough skin due to clogged pores, and sometimes breakouts. It helps breakout and I also noticed it smoother out a weird mole I had that I was going to get removed by derm. Although, my skin is not 100% smooth, it has helped with those things and the skin tone is better. I think my skin looks brighter and the sun spots are lighter and no redness. Otherall I’m satisfied but I would love it it was 100% smooth. Maybe needs more time. It’s been about a month now.

I was skeptical but my bumpy skin is silky smooth after only 2 days. The smell people mentioned is a little bit medicinal but not overpowering. I've used Amlactin for years and that smells stronger than this. I never got as good results with the amlactin as I have with this one. I'm sold!

Like many people here, I have been through MANY products advertues for KP skin. Stop your search, your solution is here !My skin (thighs and arms) were noticeably different after a few weeks use, and the majority of the bumps stayed away almost a year later ! I use now from time to time with exfoliation. Little to no scent, goes on well, and absorbs nicely Into your skin. Leaves my skin feeling non sticky, but moisturized.

I find this product to be too harsh to use even once a week for me. I think they should have used a more thoughtful combination of acids rather than just glycolic. There are so many glycolic lotions already on the market, I would have loved to see something like 3% lactic 7% glycolic, or maybe even some Mandelic in there. I also hate to see dimethicone so high up on the ingredient list, which explains why it felt so chalky too.Oh well! There are a ton of new AHA lotions coming out that I love. I would try some of those newer formulas if I were you, until PC updates this one.

I just got this product yesterday, and decided to try it out after a shower before bed. It tingled on the skin for a bit but the sensation quickly subsided. My skin felt nice, but I figured it would soak in and that would be that and my skin would go back to being my normal skin. Well, I woke up this morning and my skin felt like someone else’s skin... like the kind of skin that I always thought only genetics could give you. Five hours later, I still can’t beleive this is my skin. I actually can’t wait to keep using this every day. This lotion isn’t cheap, but if this is the result I can say it is absolutely worth it to me. I do have mild KP on arms and legs, and while some of that is gone, it’s not completely disappeared overnight. However, I have no doubt that this will completely take care of all of my KP that I’ve had for YEARS in a week or so. Really, the most impressive thing is the effect it has had on the overall texture and suppleness of my skin. It feels like magic! I really thought I had a type of skin that was doomed by nature, but this has completely changed my mind on that. I seriously can’t stop touching my skin!! Try this!! You will be missing out if you don’t!!

Super fast delivery to Sydney!Packaging was well sealed; the lid had a plastic tamper wrap over it, as well as a protective seal over the small bottle opening (under the lid).As far as the product goes, i can only apply this to my forehead and nose as it stings if i apply it anywhere else. I always have plenty of sebaceous filaments and flaky nose skin because i squeeze (big no no). After using this product a handful of times (once a day for a few days in a row), my nose feels really smooth and the brown boys have been evicted. Bottle is too big for my purposes, but i highly recommend.
