This is the back story of my nail history. I had been struggling with weak, peeling, splitting, broken nails for the past several years. I had tried to identify what was going on - prior to Covid I was using base coat and colored polish on my nails every week which I knew was keeping them from being healthy but I was dealing with it. Going into the pandemic I was obviously stuck at home and stopped using any polish on my nails. They immediately grew out and were looking strong, healthy and long. As we started to come out of lockdown I used a light colored polish ONE TIME, and immediately went right back to splitting, peeling, broken nails which continued to break. I couldn't believe that using polish for a few days had completely ruined my nails again! I started doing research on how to get them to grow out, and decided to try some of the nail strengtheners. You name it, I tried it. I was consistent and using multiple strengtheners, with the hopes they would eventually help my nails grow. Nope. Nothing worked. My nails have looked like crap since 2020 - so for four years! I was about to give up and go get gel nails. Finally I realized that this may partially be menopause related (like every other crappy symptom caused by menopause) and that taking Biotin might help. I started taking it in the beginning of March, and like magic, at the beginning of July within one week my nails finally started to grow and fully grew out! It's now mid July and they are all strong, healthy and long! I will never stop using this product, I was so tired of split, broken nails and now they are natural and long like they were when I was in my 20s and 30s!

I have used these for several years and am glad to see them here for easy order. This brand comes in soft gels so very easy to take. Biotin genuinely helps with my fine hair and fragile nails. When I run out for a week or more it all goes south!

I've used Biotin for a several years for nail and hair health. I apparently don't have a normal level on my own as one time I stopped it and my nails reverted to a mess. With biotin, the nails are strong and grow better. It's not dangerous, what's not used is excreted. It was recommended to me for hair improvement by my beautician and I'm glad I talked to her about my nail/hair problem. I use 10,000 mcg as I need that much. I don't know how much somebody else might need. It comes in various sizes. I definitely recommend trying it if you're having nail/hair problems.

Been taking these for years - they updated the color of these vitamins and now instead of being like an opaque white they are now like a translucent beige color. Apparently it’s a good change and does not affect the efficacy of the Biotin. Wish I would have known sooner because the bottle I had before this I threw out because I thought the different color meant they went bad. Anyway, just posting in case anyone else is wondering the same thing! Ok gotta go take my Biotin, bye!

I opened up the lid and this is what I saw. It's been cold for the past week but somehow these tablets are melted. I can't even separate them since they all morphed into one. Waste of money sadly
