5.0 out of 5 stars Good for writing and classes. Doesn't smear!
I use these a lot for classes. I like the defined lines of felt tip but always hated how long some take to dry on the paper, these dry on the paper very quickly and don't smear. It has a triangle shape and is very nice to hold. It is about the size and thickness (maybe slightly thinner) of a #2 pencil. It comes in both blue and black.I love using these to draw diagrams or write notes as the text and shapes are very clearly defined and easy for me to see where as pencil looks grayish and is harder to see.
5.0 out of 5 stars Best pens ever!
My job involves a lot of hand written paperwork and these are clutch for that! Dont press hard when using- they will dull out fast. They are like artist pens and write really well. Highly recommend this product!
5.0 out of 5 stars Staedtler makes a fine pen
Writes smooth. Nice finish. Great for using in a planner or journal. I have most every color, but I recommend ordering a pack of the black ones, or whatever color you use most. I'll be ordering again.
5.0 out of 5 stars Exceptional Fine Marker Pens
Order was perfect, just what I needed. Came with 5 pens sealed in original packaging, and 1extra. I tried them all, and were the same Staedtler quality I love. The only brand I will buy. I have used these for years every day in my planner and scrapbooking. They write extra fine. I was very pleased to find the black to replenish my multicolor pack.
5.0 out of 5 stars Best practical day-to-day writing instrument for mix of precision and versatility
Just found these recently. I typically write with a Monteverde fountain pen, but when I'm not, I'm using one of these.OVERALL: Deep well, even flow, make very very fine marks on paper (larger than a well made drafting pencil and very close to 0.1mm, but without the bleeding issues). Does well upside down for quick jotting. No real frills, though I have found the clip being nearly flush with the top of the cap keeps it stay put when clipped to bag/shirt/pad/etc.GRIP: Lightweight and the rounded triangle grip was a bit concerning at first but I've become fond of it - to my experience it keeps my hand high enough up on the pen that my writing can be very precise, but not so much that my fingers wind up on the page smearing everything or obscuring my view of the page. Moreover, if I need to scramble for one in a bag or satchel, the grip makes it instantly recognizable.INK: vibrant blue (as some blues resemble black...I hate that) and red. Easy to read.VERSUS COMPARABLE PENS/MARKERS: Won't bleed like an ultra-fine Sharpie on more porous papers; will write most places that other markers (Royal Langnickel 0.1mm / 0.5mm) or felt-tips won't. Idyllic mix of an ultra-fine Sharpie's write all/most places with high quality felt's accuracy. Though it lacks erasability, I'm chunking my Pilot Frixxions for these as well as (and to the same point) using the fountain pen less.CRITICISM: Nothing of real substance to put here, though it won't write on high gloss surfaces like a ultra-fine Sharpie (or prismacolor), but will certainly write in places that ball, ink/gel, felt-tip pens will go.VERDICT: Best practical day-to-day writing instrument where a pencil is inappropriate and precision is a must. If your penmanship is more like an architect than a doctor, $9 for a six pack would be a steal of a deal at twice the price (NOTE: these come in a polypropylene sleeve - NOT the hard plastic snap packs the retail 4 packs come in). Highest marks, highest recommendation.
4.0 out of 5 stars not fast drying
I initially did not care for these pens because we were looking for a fast drying ink to use on plastic cards. After signing the card, leaving it for almost an hour, it still smudged when it was touched. Then I used one for taking notes. On paper the ink absorbs very quickly and does not smear. It is fine point and writes incredibly smooth.
5.0 out of 5 stars Great pens, great for writing small notes
Great pens, great for writing small notes, or dots for languages like Hebrew or Arabic
5.0 out of 5 stars Satisfying to use
I love these so much. The only negative is they have ruined ballpoint pens for me forever. I really enjoy writing with them and will be restocking my stash soon.

Great fine-tip pens!
These Staedtler fine-tip pens are great! I really love that they have such a lean line when they write, and I have not had any problems at all with them. They feel nice in my hand and write beautifully. I am glad I got the mix of both black and blue tones for use in different instances. Totally worth buying for practical office needs, and for people who enjoy the super fine tip writing experience. Worth it!
Great pen for glossy paper
Bought this pen to use in a book with glossy pages. Needed to find something that would smudge and it worked perfectly.
L’encre ne sèche pas correctement sur plusieurs surfaces. Ok pour le papier seulement
N’est bon que sur le papier non glacé
Really nice pens to write with
Great pens seem to last for ages before the ink runs out
