These pills did not cause a significant change in either direction, but as part of an already established supplemental routine, they have helped maintain balance. It seems that if something is severely out of line, this may help correct it; if not, then you may not feel any effects at all.

Supplements are so difficult to review, because honestly, unless the effect is dramatically good or dramatically bad, how would you know how effective they really are? I decided to try them because I know these ingredients are known to have some beneficial effects and are basically considered safe, and I could use some general support with issues related to perimenopause. As I expected... no dramatic results, but I'm not dead. I probably won't continue to spend $20 a month on something just because it won't kill me, but I figured it didn't hurt to try.

I sweat all night. I sleep good but I developed a few dark spots on my face since taking this hormone pills.

I thought these were really helping with my perimenopause symptoms. They seemed to be working great for the first few weeks. Then my symptoms came back, so not sure I would spend the money to try them again.

The product came in a large jar with safety seal. The large capsules were clear in color so you could see the contents. The product was labeled as expected for a dietary supplement. There was no strange odor or signs of spoilage. They were also over a year within their expiration date.

The capsules are easy to take but it is hard to tell what it does as I don't feel any difference after taking the whole bottle. At least nothing negative so far. Even the ingredients look good or promising, this kind of supplements still take a long time to show any effect.

The quality of these pills seem good, and they are relatively easy to swallow with no real aftertaste at all. The price is definitely right compared to other products out there on the market. I can't say I've seen a huge change in how I feel day to day after incorporating these into my morning routine, but I feel like overall they have helped slightly.
