5.0 out of 5 stars A few were broken but edible
These were fresh. Well within the expiry date. A few were broken but we weren't going to showcase them... we were going to EAT them :) They were delicious as expected. We are completely obsessed with these cookies and were willing to PAY for them. We have since found them locally and at a much reduced price so we won't have to reply on Bolo again for these ;).

Good tasting
5.0 out of 5 stars Maple Flavored Heaven.
These cookies are divine! The maple cream tastes like a spoonful of real maple syrup. One cookie and my sweet cravings are satisfied.
1.0 out of 5 stars Freshness
Cookies crumbled and have a stale taste. Definitely not fresh!
5.0 out of 5 stars Good but so pricey
These cookies arrived fresh and unbroken. They have a very good flavor and a nice thick creamy center. I got 2 boxes of them and gave one as a gift and the people loved them.Sadly though they are so pricey but they were an enjoyable treat for Christmas.
4.0 out of 5 stars Two boxes of crumbs.
Delicious but only a few intact cookies in the boxes. Came in an envelope instead of a box. Badly crushed during shipping.
5.0 out of 5 stars Butternut Mountain brand beats Dare brand (at least in my house)
Great cookies.I bought these Butternut Mountain Farm cookies to compare with similar maple cookies made by Dare. I shared with friends and we collectively preferred the Butternut Mountain Farm brand over the Dare brand. The Butternut Mountain Farm were less sweet, but still rich in taste. There was a stronger maple flavor and you could taste the wheat in the cookie along with the sugars. The texture was also more satisfying, with a nice crunch when you bit off a chunk of cookie.Me and my friends weren't very happy with the Dare brand. They were pure sugar taste with almost no maple flavor; and much too sweet. They tasted (and crushed) more like crystallized sugar than wheat and maple cookies. There wasn't much crunch; they more or less dissolved.

My wife grew up in Vermont. These are her favorite.
