They helped me stop smoking by providing the nicotine I craved,but nowthat I don't smoke anymore I'm still using them. I find that having something to keep my mouth busy helps curb the cravings. I tried Altoid mints to try and get off the nicotine, but they didn't work very well. I bought the 2mg large lozenges, and instead of taking a whole one I just bite a small piece of one each time. This way my mouth stays busy and I not gettinghardly any nicotine. Each one provides about 6 or 7 doses,so they last a long time,and are cost efficient. The containers are large enough to store small items like screws,nails ,etc. I remove the top section with a cutoff wheel and Dremel tool so the tops can be removed easily. I screwed a bunch of tops to a board in my utility room. Now all my small fasteners are in one place with easy access.

I have been using this product to stop smoking. I smoked a pack of cigarettes a day for 50 years and so far these losenges are working. Also, the product came a day earlier then Bolo said it would arrive.

The taste is milder compared to the name brand product. I like the milder taste because it doesn't feel like an assault on my mouth. I can drink coffee or another beverage without the mint flavor ruining the taste.

Quitting is certainly a process. I've got part of it beaten -- I don't take a single smoke break during the day, whereas in the past, that's pretty much what my day revolved around. But thanks to these little lozenges, I'm not that girl with the nasty habit puffing away behind the building.Previously, I used Kirkland's Quit4 lozenges, the ones with 4mg of nicotine, and they work great. But I finally bit the bullet and moved down to the 2mg ones, buying these Quit2 lozenges and praying I didn't immediately start twitching from withdrawal. Turns out I had nothing to worry about, and my body doesn't even seem to know the difference. I'm sure some of it is all in my mind -- I have a lozenge in my mouth; therefore, all is right in the world. But there's no denying that the 2mg of nicotine is doing its job, and I'm happy that I've cut back even in this small way.I love these monster packs more than I can even express. 10 handy little tubes that fit in my purse, my desk drawer, my car console, and even my pocket. The lozenges themselves aren't too chalky, and the taste is loads better than that one bad time I tried mini-lozenges. Most importantly, buying in bulk like this is so much more affordable than the smaller packs at the drug store. I know that Costco sells these for $60, but I don't want to pay for a Costco membership; nor do I want to drive to Costco -- the three in my city are all in areas I never visit and therefore not convenient in my daily commute. Plus, I'm just lazy and love that Bolo will deliver right to my desk at work.If you're trying to quit smoking, trying to cut back, or just trying to survive several hours in a place where you can't take a smoke break, these lozenges definitely take the edge off and will help you get there. Take it from someone who picked up the addiction 20+ years ago -- these lozenges are a lifesaver.

I accidentally ordered this product thinking they were mini lozenges. Upon receiving the package immediately noticed they were the wrong product. Tried to return but oooppps ....these are non returnable..even though packing undisturbed. So instead of tossing them and throwing away all my hard earned money I opened them to use. What a horror show. They are huge. They leave a chalk like residue along the lips and taste disgusting. Never ever ever would give even one star but can't write a review without at least one.I think Bolo should disclose in large lettering that no returns are accepted..no exchange either. These little items are quite pricey . Best read description very closely as I mistook mint flavor for the word mini. My own mistake.Product was not acceptable to me.
