Love:- Hair and nails are strong and thick- Skin has been nicely glow since starting these- Noticeably more mentally clear with more energy when I take these vs when I skip doses- No vitamin burpsDislike:- Can only take them at night otherwise I get super nauseous. However since switching to night I noticed morning sickness was a lot more bare able.- constipation! I sometimes have to skip a day or two to encourage my body to let go.- they smell strongOverall, I love these vitamins. They really do work. Just find the best way to take them for you and you’ll be really happy

Like:-noticeably stronger hair and nails (never happened with other multivitamins or prenatals, or hair/nail/skin vitamins)-noticeably glowier / healthier looking skin-high quality ingredients-reputable brandDislike:-very mild iron scent, just swallow them quickly-nausea: to troubleshoot this side effect I take all three at night right before bed and never have an issue. They make me very nauseous if I take them in the morning. I’ve never tried taking them in the middle of the day like some other users have posted.

Would never take or recommend any other. These vitamins have it all, including Folate! In its naturalist form. Take 3 a day prenatal & took through nursing. Love them. Easy to swallow and cost worth every cent. Thanks Thorne!!!

Highly recommend this prenatal. I already trust Thorne for their supplements as the market is so saturated so I knew I could trust their prenatals. I started using a few months before getting pregnant and it’s been smooth sailing. I’m currently 6.5 months and not sure if it’s thanks to these or not but I never really got sick, all my labs have looked great and baby has been growing healthy. It has everything you need in a prenatal, I just took an additional fish oil and a mineral drink supplement to add to the necessary needs. If you’re looking at different prenatal options, I’d stop looking and trust Thorne.- though I will add that you need to take it with food if you’re already pregnant and depending on your sensitivity pregnant, swallowing pills is rough if your smell is super heightened so that’s the only downside.

I have been taking this since I got pregnant with my first as I read it’s better to receive supplements throughout the day vs. an all in one capsule. I’m not an expert but supposedly you’re not able to get all the nutrients you need from one pill taken daily.I started to follow Dr. Rhonda Patrick (phD in biomedical science) and looked into what she was taking as her prenatal and this was the one! Woo hoo!

These have a great amount of nutrients needed for you and baby. Love the choline addition, 3 pills is not bad to swallow. BUT I can’t with the smell. They are sooo hard to swallow because the small is extremely strong it lingers on my fingers and mouth. They also make me burp a lot and I can taste the pills all day long. I couldn’t keep taking them after 2 weeks. I would always gag.

I searched high and low for a good prenatal, asked around, did research. I came across a few and Thorne was one that stuck out to me. Knowing the ingredients are sourced from a safe place and the formula of ingredients is pretty much everything I want. I have been taking them for a couple weeks, they don’t have a nasty smell or taste, they don’t make me burp, the pill is kind of big even for me, someone who can take pills usually without a problem I prepare to take them. I thought it was twice a day, but it’s 3x a day, which is tough for me as a non compliant human being with vitamins. I tend to just take two at once in the morning. My bottle did come with a busted capsule inside and now the powder gets into my hands when I grab my pair of pills to take in the morning, but perhaps that’s just a fluke. I will buy another bottle of this one for the next month!

Great prenatal - Will continue to purchase!
This prenatal multi is great! No GI upset and only 3 reasonably sized capsules to take daily. I love everything about this prenatal as it has the correct doses of vitamins/minerals whereas most of the other more well-known prenatals don’t. It is just missing vitamin K2 but it’s easy enough to take it separately.
