5.0 out of 5 stars Great for dogs coat & skin.
Easy to use chewable. I put it in his food and he eats it right up.
5.0 out of 5 stars It’s doing the job
My Pomeranian had a botched haircut a couple years ago and his black hair never really grew back. We started him on these bites in November 2023, and his black hair finally grew back. The rest of his coat feels really soft too. I definitely think these bites had a lot to do with it because like I said, it was a couple of years ago this happened and his black hair just grew back. I am very pleased with the results, and he really likes the taste, he gets excited when it’s time for his bites!

My little Porkie, Petunia had very dry skin. Her hair is black and silky and the poor thing got dandruff!!! 2 of these a day and it was gone in ONE WEEK and her black hair is shiny and beautiful. She loves these things, too!!

4.0 out of 5 stars Helped to reduce dog scratching continuously
My dog looks forward to taking this supplement daily and will not let me forget to give it to her. Since taking she has not been scratching all the time and her coat has been softer.
5.0 out of 5 stars Easy and Mess Free
This keeps my cat’s coat shiny and healthy. I was worried that it’d come all crumbled and smushed but not at all! I love a mess free and convenient option
5.0 out of 5 stars Stops allergy related hotspots
The dog and I both love them. I have never really given him treats but there are a couple friends who like to. I supply them with these now and they give them as treats. The dog loves them. I adjust the number I give him for the day when he gets them elsewhere. And they don't smell bad. I hate fishy smells. These don't have one.I had been struggling with hotspots for over a year with my golden retriever. It had gotten to the point where there was never a time when he didn't have a hotspot in some stage, forming, active or healing. As soon as we got one healing, he would get another someplace else.I was using coconut oil (rubbed onto his skin wherever he tended to get dry skin or hotspots, let it stay on for a few hours then bathe) and that helped to make his skin healthier. The vet prescribed Prednizone and a regimen of that healed up the bad outbreak he had. Then, the vet said that some pet owners had success treating allergies (most likely the cause of his hotspots) with Omega 3's and I might want to try that. As well as giving one to three doses of Prednisone whenever I noticed excessive itchiness or inflamed skin that may indicate the start of a hotspot. Using just one to three doses meant that I didn't have to go through the whole cycle of high dose and then tapering off.I found online that linolenic acid is the Omega 3 that is most effective in treating allergies. (Watch that spelling, there are a couple others that are spelled similarly.) I found the Omega Gold Plus to have the highest levels of linolenic acid and (when purchased online) the best price. Here is what I now do: I give him 3 of these cubes twice a day (the recommended does for his weight). If he gets a scratch or any sign of inflammation, I clean it twice a day by flooding it with a Chlorhexidine 2% for Horses & Dogs, One Gallon dilution. That stops any bacteria present on his skin from growing in and around the site. He never gets weepy hotspots anymore, or hasn't for 3 months. I started the Omega Gold Plus supplement about 3-1/2 months ago. He still has allergic responses, inflamed areas that show no scratch etc. that would be the cause, or sudden general itchiness. I give him one or two doses of Prednisone, clean the spot (if there is one) with chlorhexidine and it goes away. His skin is healthy now thanks to Omega Gold, he doesn't suffer with the itchiness and sores and my life is much easier.

My dog has somewhat sensitive skin and for a long time I was giving him fish oil capsules. He wouldn’t always eat it and whenever I would pop the capsule and pour the fish oil over his food it was unlikely for him to eat any of his food. Bought these on a whim and do not regret it, immediately put it on a regular auto ship. Hardly has any fish smell and easily crumbles so I can mix it in with his food. He doesn’t refuse to eat his food, his coat got softer, skin less flaky, less itchy. Kind of mad I didn’t find and buy this stuff sooner
Great
My pooch has been taking these for a long time and she loves them. Her fur is soft and healthy!
I reordered extra tub for my friend. Her Bischon Frise loves it.
This is a change from the last fish oil chews which was no longer available online or in shop. However my three dogs love this very much. Very happy to have it when I hold the tub every morning and their eyes are beaming to get one after their breakfast. They maintain to have nice soft hair.
My dog loves it clears up skin issue
My dog was having issues with redness, dandruff flaky skin and I found this and her skin clears up in 2 weeks and she stop itching and her fur turns really black and shiny. This product works well for her. It’s a bit pricy but it’s worth it. Highly recommend it.
Greatly reduced scratching
My Whodle puppy had been scratching a lot. I tried medicated shampoos & skin vitamins that I bought at a major pet store. None of those things worked. After reading the reviews and with desperation I ordered this product. My puppy now weighs around 45 lbs & I give him 4 a day. Within a week, I noticed a substantial decrease in his scratching and his coat became very soft. Although he still has some itchiness, it is no longer constant. I originally bought the small bag, but now that I continue to use it, I have switched to the 180 count tub. I definitely recommend these vitamins.
Perfect for my dogs coat and skin.
I was looking for an omega supplement for my mini dachshund who was having trouble with skin flaking and hair loss. She’s a picky eater with a sensitive stomach so I’m always hesitant about giving her new items. She loves these and thinks of them as treats when I give her one in the morning. The fact that they’re solid and not capsule form make it easier to give to her and less of a mess. I’ve noticed her coat being smoother and shinier and haven’t seen any new patches of flaky skin with hair loss. I will be purchasing again when this container is empty.
