What a fun treat for the coffee and chocolate lover! You definitely need to put the entire chocolate in your mouth at once, as it is filled with liquid coffee, and you don’t want it spilling all over you. It’s very yummy and gives a nice little caffeine kick.

I gave this as a gift to a person who wanted to try coffee chocolate. I tried one once opened and they are delicious and do have a kick. To note, there is liquid inside, so if you pop the whole thing in your mouth you might be surprised that it isn't solid chocolate. We found that taking a bite, drinking the coffee, and then biting again was a good way to consume it. I haven't tried more than one a day, so can't speak to what it feels like to have more than one in one sitting, but would compare it to the energy after a cup of coffee.

It's a pretty good candy if you're expecting a bold and bittersweet taste, especially if you're familiar with European-style chocolate. If you're used to very sweet American-style chocolate, it will taste bitter, but tolerable. The chocolate itself is smooth with a good taste. Sort of like dark chocolate. The espresso shot has a pretty bold flavor, giving a little caffeine boost but not enough to send you bouncing off the walls. Overall, I would say its a nice one time treat unless you're really into this style of chocolate or something to keep in a bag or purse when you're out and about and don't have coffee available.

These are so delicious! A yummy chocolate and coffee pick me up.Word to the wise - pop the whole thing in your mouth. Don't be like my husband and bite it in half. You'll have coffee everywhere.

One of the pocket coffees exploded inside the package. That was the only disappointment. This stuff packed quite the punch in the best way possible.

The chocolates arrived good, but never have them just out in the open. I made that mistake and the coffee within spilled out from the chocolate and it makes everything sticky.The taste was pretty polarizing, with the sweetness of the chocolate battling the bitterness of the liquid coffee. It's an acquired taste for sure, but I eventually grew to enjoy it.My friend is a coffee expert, star buck's barista getting top apron level(i don't remember what exactly he said, but basically it's the rank you get from Starbucks for being a coffee expert). He said that he liked the chocolate, but the coffee within definitely tasted like "old espresso."It's giftable, but definitely keep it cooled as stated before.

Items arrived damaged, and the liquid centre had leaked. if the item were delivered in good condition they would have been good value for money and good flavour
Arrived ahead of time
The chocolate is really good, the coffee liquid has an artificial overly sweet taste with a grainy feel to it.
