I take one in the morning one at night. It works to help keep lungs functional and comfortable. See results immediately. I notice if I miss a dose. Make sure you drink plenty of water when you take a dose. If not you will get a throat burning sensation that doesn't go away. Grateful for this size bottle as it is more economical. Spouse takes and has equally good results. We do not take this with any medication. We are careful to not take it along with anything other than vitamin supplements like Vc Vd3 quercitin, Vk2. We space it out between doses of other supplements like curcumin, fish oil, Ubiquinol etc. as it does thin the blood. But we have never had a negative interaction. According to spouse's surgeon it was safe to continue to take when all other supplements were stopped prior to surgery. Spouse was able to take this while taking Advil, Tynenol etc. according to dr's directions.
