I felt compelled to respond for everyone’s awareness. As a fellow parent, I understand the frustration of receiving damaged or unsuitable products. Thus far we had no problems with Similac Advanced. However, there are strict federal and state health and safety regulations that govern the return of baby formula, both in physical stores and online. Baby formula is considered a consumable product for infants, and returning it poses health risks, as there is no guarantee the product hasn’t been tampered with after it leaves the retailer’s hands.This no-return policy ensures that all formula sold to consumers remains safe and uncontaminated. While it may be inconvenient, these rules are designed to protect the health of our babies.For those who received damaged or defective items, I recommend contacting the seller directly or reaching out to the manufacturer. In some cases, they may offer replacements or refunds under specific circumstances. It’s also a good idea to document any issues with photos to support your claim.I hope this provides some clarity and helps alleviate some of the concerns raised by other reviewers.

My son is thriving on this formula- it’s easy to mix, and we haven’t had any issues. He’s almost 6 months old.One note: I just received a can with a clear lid, which I’d never received before (they have always been blue). Also a slightly different metal seal inside the can. Called Similac support and they confirmed that it is a legitimate product; lids can be blue, clear, or white. Was still able to scan the QR code for points.

Never had an issue ordering it and this is what my baby drinks. Usually gets here fast sometimes even within the day. Love the convenience of it and is always packaged cautiously.
