It’s only been 5 days of me using these and my nails are longer and my hair is already showing benefits…it’s shiny, soft, less weak, and I can tell it’s already growing. They taste great and don’t make me feel dizzy like other biotin products. I drink water right after and I usually take them when I’m about to eat just to be safe.

For the past few months, my nails have started to split and break so that they are perpetually in distress. I was also losing more hair in the shower than normal. I’ve been on these biotin gummy‘s for a little over a week and all of that has stopped, and in fact, one fingernail that has been peeling for years Has stopped peeling as well. I cannot recommend this product highly enough. They taste like blueberry candy :)

What I like is the taste! But most importantly it really does work! I use to use Biotin 2500 but started using Biotin 5000 I see a huge difference in my nails and hair growth!!!! Growing out nicer thicker and longer I absolutely love it! I promise you it works and also to enhance the growth even more use a hair growth oil within 2 weeks I saw a huge difference especially blow drying my hair this is my second order I plan to order again I purchased the Biotin 5000 for my nails and hair!

My hair has always been fine and thin and frizzy, just the worst combination possible, but it has gotten worse as I have gotten older, because everything does.Tried other biotins, but decided to give this a try because the price was right and it's a gummy.After 1x a day for a month, my nails started to grow and are thicker. That they are thicker is great, no more splitting and breaking, that they grew is a bit annoying, I have to clip and file them 1x a week now, but it's worth it because...voila! My crummy baby fine hair (which looks cute on a toddler, but not so much on a grown woman) started to grow too!That took 2 months to really notice it, my hair grows slow, but it definitely started to come in a bit thicker and there is a bit more of it. Not that I will ever be a hair model, but even to have 25% more hair is incredible! I keep trimming off the ends because, obviously, it is only the new hair that will be a bit thicker.No, this will not cure anyone's baldness, if it did, it would cost $100,000, but it definitely gave me a bit more hair and definitely made the new hair a bit thicker, so it's a win!I am thinking of going up to the recommended 2x a day, but am scared to mess with any success in my battle to just not to have awful hair.Update: I upped it from 1 to 2 gummies in the morning and my hair is definitely coming in thicker and fuller. It will never be great hair - it wasn't even as a teenager - but it is much better than it was, and this in the winter when no one's hair looks good because of the dryness of the air. My nails are thicker and grow faster, which is annoying for toenails, but so worth it for the hair on my head. Going to set up a "subscribe and save", but even without it, the price is not expensive.
