The steam/fry basket is perfect for steaming, blanching and frying, and the basket hooks onto the side of the multi-cooker for easy draining. Accurate cooking temperatures are maintained with the Control Master® heat control. Heavy cast aluminum base provides even heat distribution. Fully immersible and dishwasher safe with the heat control removed. This product contains: Perfluoroalkyl and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFASs). Listen, this kettle here is a dream. I have fried fish, and eggrolls and made beef stew. The food comes out perfect and the clean up is very easy. I don't give 5 stars willy nilly. This is a gem.

This is a great beginner product. Great value, a red light shows when the temperature has been achieved, a good size for a couple or small family, and it's easy to clean. Just pour out the oil into a container and wash the entire thing. Just be careful not to submerge.

Presto 8 quart multi use pot is absolutely perfect. We mostly use it to deep fry our vegetables, fish and small meats. It also is great for steaming vegetables as well. We use it at least 4 times a week. I would definitely recommend this.
