Old Bay seasoning tastes great on seafood, poultry, and vegetables. It has just the right amount of heat to it. The can is easy to open and has a wonderful smell. Mine arrived fresh/in date and in very good condition. A versatile seasoning blend at an excellent value, I would definitely purchase it again; five stars from me.

occasionally taste whatever you are seasoning before you go too far with this one. It’s kind of like curry powder in that only a few grains can give you a very nice subtle flavor to anything. The overall flavor comes across as celery. It’s also salty and hot with red pepper.

This stuff goes well on almost anything. Definitely a better value on Bolo than at your local grocery store. I highly recommend. This is good on seafood, pork, steak, chicken, you name it & this stuff will make it better. I highly recommend

It's Old Bay Seasoning, what else is there to say other than it's been around for several decades, it's been a goto seafood Seasoning for a vast number of Chefs and Cooks, Home and Professional for several decades. The only "con" is you have to pay for it, even if you're family. LOL I use it as the water Seasoning for crab and crayfish boils and also my crab salad for both a salad and as a grilled sandwich, YUMMY!!! ;)

As with many things today, the manufacturers keep shrinking the size (and quantity) but retain price! That said, although less product for same price, there's no replacing the unique and wonderful quality of taste when using Old Bay Seasoning.

Whether it be tuna steaks, salmon steaks, whitefish, or shrimp this combination of spices just makes each of those proteins packed with flavors that are hard to create from items on my spice rack. Now I also cook without any seasonings as I love foods from below the waves, but I typically reach for this container any time those proteins hit the pan... I cook these items using the higher heat rated olive oil to not lose any benefits of the oils in the items being cooked if in the pan.

Versatile seasoning
The OG Old Bay seasoning, direct from the US. I like to use this to jazz up my baked fish or chicken, when I’m too lazy to cook. It goes well on chips as well as an alternative to chicken salt.

Living in Australia, I had never seen this spice mix. It is fabulous, tried it today on pan fried eggs & I am very impressed. I have looked up their website & will be trying their recipes. Glad you shipped to Australia.
