This is the one brand of MCT oil I would recommend to anyone who follows a ketogenic diet, a high fat low carb diet, an intermittent fasting lifestyle, or anyone who simply likes to use MCT oil for any reason. One of the main reasons you should use this product is because it contains super high quality MCT's (medium chain triglycerides) that are easily broken down by your body and almost instantly converted to energy; trust me, you will feel the difference! If you are someone who likes to make bulletproof coffee, this is the product for you! It has a little to no taste, it has a very clean feel when consumed, and it will give you the burst of energy most people use MCT oils for. The Bulletproof Brain Octane Oil is beneficial to use when making bulletproof coffee because it also fights cravings and keeps you feeling satisfied. I've tried the keto diet and failed multiple times. This product seems to have totally changed my energy levels in just a few days. I put one spoonful in my coffee in the morning (use a milk frother to mix the oil) and that's it, but it seems to give me great energy throughout the day and my brain fog is gone. I've been lethargic after work with tiredness and hunger since I started my job. After a few days of this product I have energy again, I'm out seeing friends after work, and I'm feeling like a new person. I'm not saying it's a miracle product or works this well for everyone, but for me it seems to have improved my quality of life. I've had no digestive issues that I've read about either.
