We have an indoor pool and I'm not good at figuring out how to balance the chemicals. Or at least I wasn't until I got these test strips. They keep me on track. The only thing I have to remember is to add phosphate remover anytime I add water to the pool, because the strips don't measure that. Otherwise, they're fabulous. PS At first, I'd go to the app for an interpretation, but they told me to add waaaayyy too many chemicals. I just look at the strip and adjust accordingly. It works out perfectly now. Don't throw money away!

These strips are great and easy to use. Test results can be easily read. I was super grateful that we had these. I tested the water one time and everything came back really high. I'm glad I was able to check because I would not have wanted my young children swimming in that!Great product and will definitely be purchasing more!

I don't think these are really any better than others that are less expensive. But the Clorox pool app is really nice for reading the strips. I have trouble eyeballing the results, so the app is really nice.

We’ve had an in ground swimming pool for 10 years now which was maintained by a pool company the whole time. I started to realize the pool company would test my pool water, but never add any chemicals (luckily I only got algae once). I started to maintain our pool and save us $150 a month. I came across these testing strips and thought they would be easy to use. I was right…the only thing I needed to do was dip the tester in my pool and the App does everything else for you! It scans your tester, records your results and then tells you what chemicals you need and how much to add. I love that you can manually adjust your readings if you believe it didn’t properly scan the right results. It also stores your testing history. My pool water has never looked so clear!!! I wanted to test my results against Leslie’s Pool Company store results and the measurements were almost exact….so that tells me these little strips WORK!!! INFO ABOUT MY POOL: 25,000 gallon freeform, inground pebble-tec plaster, saltwater pool with automatic chlorine generator.

Last year I went on vacation and came back to a pool nightmare. It was awful! My normal pool store was closed so I took my water to Leslie’s. Big mistake! They told me a bunch of stuff was wrong and so bought the stuff and did exactly as they said max it only made it worse. I went to my normal store a couple days later and they told me I was going to have to drain most of my pool. I started to drain a bit and adding clean water to keep the pool safe during the summer but then I came across these when grocery shopping. I thought why not and came home and used them. It said exactly what to do and how much of what chemicals. I followed these instructions and then waited a couple days and did it again and by the end of the week my pool was great and swimmable again. I have now used these for over a year and they are amazing! So easy to use and the best strips out there!

Overall, this is a great pool testing product. Although I tend to like liquid testing over strips, this product allows me to test various metrics easily, with ballpark accuracy. Reading and matching colors is always a challenge, no matter the brand. This product has in app assistance that helps match the strip pad color to the appropriate reference color -it could use improvement. I almost always need to match colors manually and make appropriate adjustments. I love the fact that the app tracks chemicals graphically allowing the user to determine trends. I also appreciate how the app calculates the needed chemical adjustments for my size pool, allowing me to add the appropriate chemical and get the measurement right the first time. I will be purchasing again next season. Highly recommended.
pH is inaccurate
Chlorine and alkalinity are accurate. pH is way out.
