These stay on the toothbrush, the don't flop around. The quality seems good. They seem a little more firm than the oral b. My only complaint is that sometimes you find a bristle that is a little longer than the rest and have to cut it down.

The brush has an opening in its neck like Oral B brush heads but unlike Oral B brush heads, you can see an end of a screw there. When the brush is on and vibrating, screw is also vibrating. My lip got stuck and cut twice. Also, the head feels small and brisles too soft compare to Oral B.
