I purchased the product a bit apprehensive since I had never used Gerbs before. The product arrived and I must say I am impressed! The mix is awesome! Even though I purchased 4 pounds I am about to place another order! I have found so many things I can do with this. I am diabetic and eat very low carb. I can't get enough of this when I coat frozen broccoli with olive oil and the seed mixture and bake it until it is nice and toasty! Give the broccoli a wonderful nutty flavor and keeps my carbs low. I am a thin person but, I promise you I ate 3 pounds of broccoli done this way in one day. Also, great over salads! I am sure there a thousand ways I can use this! I am so excited that it didn't budge my blood sugar and it makes my tummy very satisfied. If you are on the fence about ordering this, take the plunge. I love it!

This selection of tiny raw seeds is perfect for dressing up salads. It gives them a nice "crunch", and imparts a nutty taste. Just sprinkle a few spoonfuls on and enjoy. I even tried it on a ham and cheese omelet at breakfast and was really surprised at how nice and different it tasted and I enjoyed the texture very much. I've tried it over oatmeal, cream of wheat, and even on grits... and it improves the taste and texture of them all. Enjoy!

very good. I would have given it 5 starts but a good third of the product was lost in the box because the manufacturer did not check to see if the plastic bag was sealed all the way across the top. There was a inch that was not sealed and the product came out into the box when shipped and when I took it out of box just poured onto my floor. I did get a refund and I will try this product again when I have used all of what I currently have. I do like the seeds and it is something that I cannot find locally.

I'M soooo pleased to have discovered this GERBS product. For the last several years, there has been a lot of press about the wonderful health benefits of flax & other seeds to our daily diet. Having shopped all around, have concluded this is the best mix, at the most reasonable price, delivered right to my front door by Bolo. It's now a staple of my daily diet. Great mix with no-fat yogurt.

I used 1TBSP of this with about 3 cups of unsweet coconut milk, 1tsp spinach powder, 1/4 cup mixed berries, 1/4 cup strawberries, 1 banana, 1TBSP vanilla protein powder, 1tsp Chlorella/Moringa/Spirulina blend & 1tsp kale powder. (The banana was a little too much, I think I should've used only 3/4 - 1/2 banana.) But even with all of that in it, It tasted great! It didn't LOOK yummy, but it really was!😋Surprised me! Ended up being about 4 cups of smoothie.✏I did NOT use the recommended amounts because this is dehydrated and ground up foods. I don't want my body absorbing too much nutrients at one time and throwing away the rest of the food that I eat throughout the day.✏I felt full for about 3-4 hours. Like a normal meal!😊😉
