The shell fits food and is pretty stretchy s I'm sure it can fit a lot of sizes. Same with the hat piece it's a bit large on myself but it works and fits well enough not to move around too much. Just the neck part is a bit big on myself and it isn't adjustment at all. It just has Velcro patches to hold it in one place which works well. The material is fine as well so far. I bought it just for fun and going to parties. Only downside is I thought it came with a shirt for some reason. Guess I wasn't paying enough attention. But that's easily fixable.

This was a good adult costume for our family Mario theme. Some my husband is 6'4" and very built we had to add a bit of elastic to the neck but it was well made for the price so attaching the elastic was no problem and it lasted the night and hubby was comfortable and my daughter smiled all night walking beside big Bowser as Bowser Jr. In her own little Bowser costume. The headpiece is totally usable again. The inflatable shell could be, i suppose, but it an inflatable shell. I'm not a packrat kind of person so I'll probably toss it.

...to make it easier to remove. The collar was too tight and uncomfortable so I cut it off, added some more fluffy filling and sewed it on to an old cap that has the mesh on the back. Now it's easier to put on and off. The colors look good and on a very big and tall man this is going to look great for Halloween. If you wear it 'as is' this headpiece could feel pretty warm. With my alterations, he can wear it to an indoor party.

I bought this for my 5yo since I read the child size runs tight on the neck. I just fastened it as far as I could on the velcro. The head part was a little big but with a high ponytail, it holds it up just fine. Shell is an inflatable & worked great criss crossed on a child's chest. I did not use this for an adult but it would work just fine. Now he can grow into it.
